[Chapter 1 General Provisions]


Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users to sign up for and use the service of the Internet site (www.****) operated by *****.


Article 2 (Definitions)

1 '****' is also used to mean a virtual place of business and a site that the company can trade goods or services using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or services to users.
2 'User' refers to members and non-members who access or visit '****' and receive services provided by '****' under this Agreement.
3 'members' refer to those who have registered as members by providing personal information to '****', receive information from '****', and continue to use services provided by '****'.
4 'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the services provided by '****' without joining the membership.


Article 3 (statement and revision of terms and conditions)

1 '****' will be posted on the site's initial service screen so that users can know the contents, name, contact information (phone, fax, e-mail address, etc.).
2 '****' may amend this Agreement to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws, such as the Act on Regulation, etc., the Framework Act on Electronic Trade, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use, the Act on Visit Sales, etc., and the Consumer Protection Act.
3 If '****' amends the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for revision shall be specified and notified on the initialization page of the site with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before the date of application to the day before the date of application.
4 If '****' amends the terms and conditions, the amended terms and conditions shall apply only to contracts entered into after the date of application, and the terms and conditions of the previous amendment shall apply to contracts already entered into before that date. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract sends a message to '****' within the notice period of the amended terms and conditions under paragraph (3) and obtains consent from '****', the amended terms and conditions shall apply.
5 Matters not prescribed in this Agreement and the interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the government's guidelines for protecting consumers of electronic transactions and related statutes or correlations.


Article 4 (Providing and Changing Services)

1 '****' offers the following services:
Providing information on goods or goods and entering into a purchase contract

2 '****' may change the contents of goods or goods to be provided under the contract in the future in the event of a shortage of goods or a change in technical specifications.
3 If '****' changes the contents of the service contracted with the user for reasons such as shortage of goods or modification of technical specifications, '****' shall not compensate for damages caused by this. However, this is not the case if '****' is intentional or culpable.


Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

1 '****' can temporarily suspend the service in the event of maintenance inspection, replacement and breakdown of information and communication facilities, such as computers, or communication interruption.
2 In the event of a service interruption under paragraph (1), '****' shall notify the user by the method specified in Article 8.
3 '****' shall not compensate for damages caused by the temporary suspension of service provision due to the reasons referred to in paragraph 1. This is not the case if '****' is intentional or culpable.


[Chapter 2 Membership Agreement]


Article 6 (Enrollment of Members)

1 Users of '****' sign up for membership by entering their membership information after expressing their agreement to this Agreement in accordance with the subscription form set by '****'.
2 '****' will be registered as a member unless it falls under any of the following:
Where an applicant for membership has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 7 (3) of this Agreement: Provided, That the foregoing shall not apply where three years have elapsed since the loss of membership under Article 7 (3) and has obtained approval for re-entry into the website.
In case there is a false, omitted entry or error in the registration.
Where it is deemed that registration as another member is significantly impaired by the technology of ****;
3 The time when the membership contract is established shall be when the user completes the application process for membership without notification of rejection of the application of '****'.
4 If there is any change in the registration under Article 15 paragraph 1, the member shall immediately notify the change in '****' by e-mail or other means.


Article 7 (Member withdrawal, loss of qualification, etc.)

1 Member may request '****' to withdraw at any time and **** will process the withdrawal immediately.
2 If a member falls under any of the following reasons, '****' may restrict or suspend membership:
Where false information is registered at the time of application for subscription.
Where a member fails to pay the payment of goods or goods purchased using '****', or other obligations borne by a member in connection with the use of '****' on the date of the payment;
Threatening the order of electronic transactions, such as obstructing others' use of '****' or stealing such information;
Where a statute and these terms and conditions prohibit or act contrary to the public domain using '****';
3 If the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days after limiting or suspending membership of****, the '****' may lose the membership.
4 If '****' loses membership, cancel the membership. In this case, the member shall be notified and the member shall be given the opportunity to explain before the cancellation of membership registration.


Article 8 (Notice of Members)

3 Cybercash accumulated at the time of purchase is not refundable in cash.
4 Cybercache can be used with cash or credit card. For example, if you have a cybercash of 1,000 won when you purchase a 10,000 won product, you only need to pay 9,000 won in cash or credit card.
5 Cybercache is used first when using a combination of cybercache and other payment methods.
6 Cybercache can be used in units of 1,000 won.

Article 12 (Change or cancel receipt confirmation notice or purchase application)

2 The user who receives the receipt notification may request the change or cancel of the purchase application immediately after receiving the receipt confirmation notice if there is a discrepancy in the expression of his/her intention.

[Chapter 5 Shipping, Cancellation, Refund]


Article 13 (Delivery)

1 The domestic delivery period is based on the date of card payment or the next day of deposit after order.
